The taken surveys and pathological studies in the field of economic recession led that some part of economic recession is belonged to building sector and the employment opportunities should be created in proper timeline in order to exit this sector of the recession, he continued.

Iran’s Chamber of Cooperatives as holding executive of this turn of building industry exhibition has stepped in order to realize the objectives of resistive economy in the building industry, strengthen and lighten in this industry and develop mass housing construction by using of exhibition participants’ power and in order to increase domestic productions, promote productivity, supervise and manage, control imports and increase exports, Board member of Iran's Chamber of Cooperatives said.

Boom in this sector of economy in the country is effective in making numerous job opportunities, Mr. Karimi emphasizing on the necessity of industrialization in the building sector added.

The growth of this year’s exhibition has been considerable in terms of presence of foreign companies and the difference of this year’s exhibition in compared to last year’s exhibition has been in presenting some innovations such as new insulations, new Nano technologies, base materials for construction green building and new methods for coping with earthquake, he said.

According to Board member of Iran's Chamber of Cooperatives, there are 1100 building materials manufacturing companies and factories including 186 Iranian Companies, 328 foreign companies and 45 foreign representatives in this year’s exhibition.
