The recession in construction has affected building materials’ market but it is hoped that the construction will flourish according to planned programs by the end of this year, building materials dealers’ union leader said.
As Neizeva reports, the construction has declined about 100% in terms of reduction in building than 2014 and also there is same recession in construction in terms of size, Mr. Esmaeil Kazemi declared in interviewing with Jamejamonline.
Since the late 2013 we observed an infighting and unhealthy competition between manufacturers and distributors and dealers due to market recession that of course some parts of this situation were managed and some parts of unusual falling in prices were recovered but we still have not reached to 2014 rates, he stating that the recession condition has caused the construction level reduces and uncontrolled declining in building materials’ price in recent two years said.
Of course the cement price has declined due to unhealthy competitions in last year but fortunately, by the government policy it led to don’t happen undesirable reductions and there are some percent increasing in price but we still have not reached to 2014 rates, the building materials dealers’ union leader noted that the 50 kilos Type.1 cement per bag’s price in the market as well as lateral costs is about 62000 to 63000 Rials and said.
Despite of domestic productions and manufacturers’ potency in this matter, we observe importing of some materials that the government must reluctate so that the activists can operate in this area, the gypsum, lime and building materials dealers’ union leader supposed the recession in construction that has started two years ago and also now it continues as most important factor in recession or semi-activation of some of this category’s units and said.
Now we observe an uncontrolled imports in ceramics, sanitary faucets, building sanitary products and other productions, this is while potential power is in domestic production and we only must support this industry and we must prevent of some imports by necessary plans, Mr. Kazemi also highlighted the necessity of increasing the quality of domestic productions
