Considering that a large number of jobs are associated to building constructions, it is needed that the government take a clear plan to exit the housing market recession, Mr. Mohammadreza Fallah said in an interviewing with Imna News Agency’s Reporter.

The actions such as increasing the building materials, getting value-added tax and getting tax from ready homes not having clients have caused a person less comes to investment in housing sector, he added.

The government should make a serious decision to exit the housing market recession, Isfahan Islamic Council’s member referring to planning to exit the housing market recession needs to national commitment, expressed.

We observed building Mehr housing project in the past government that this made a lot of jobs because in addition to attract investors in this sector this action caused the applicants with little capital and low-interest loan become homeowners, Mr. Fallah declared.

The past government had provided good facilities for getting Mehr house by lending some 6% interests loans that this plan was accepted well, he added.

Now there are facilities for getting house that are as 17 % interests loans that it is needed that the government lends loans with lower interests in order to exit the housing market recession and to continue the constructions, he continued.
